Martin Lavallée installed an LVL beam to reinforce the structure of the house (it was necessary to correct poorly done work by previous owners). Professional work, completed within the estimated timeframe. Furthermore, Mr. Lavallée is punctual, honest (he doesn't inflate his hours), hardworking (he doesn't scrimp or take endless breaks like too many others do), and conscientious. You can see that he knows his job well, and he's happy to answer any questions you may have. I recommend him and will not hesitate to call on him again if needed and to refer him to my friends.

Martin Lavallée was the general contractor for our renovation project for over 10 months. Our 1890 house was completely renovated: demolition, framing, insulation, soundproofing, drywall installation, flooring, window installation, staircase replacement, exterior siding… The renovations were executed exceptionally well, with great care and attention to detail (see photos). Noisy neighbor, thin wall... Martin did a fast (2 days) job at a really good price. Now i am sleeping better. As you see in the first picture the bulkhead is gone in the last picture.
